Shipping
Lucky for you, we are currently offering free US shipping on all orders over $50! We package and ship orders to every state in the US, though transit times will vary by location.
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Typically, we take 1-3 business days to handle and process your order. The usual delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items even earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season, as postal delays are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may also cause further delays.
Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Sometimes, additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your understanding!

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states, If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do every we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and/or exchange. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After 15 days, if the product has not been burned, damaged, or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 15 days.
Lucky for you, we are currently offering FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it's over. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed timeline for the return process after receiving returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
